Welcome to our blog! We are Jenn, Marek, and Claudius, and this is our personal space where we write about almost everything and anything. It's a place for us to collect our thoughts and share our stories, so pretty much anything goes.

As a couple we enjoy [arguing about Colts and Patriots] football, eating at Texas de Brazil, taking road trips, going to the beach, and SCUBA diving.

About Marek

Marek was born in Poland. He enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and riding jet skis at frighteningly high speeds. He is very easygoing and likes pretty much everything except when people refer to the main meat in a meal as "protein" - such as, "You bring the side dishes, and we'll bring the protein." He pretends to like reading and is always up for adventure!

About Jenn Jenn was born in South Korea, and grew up in Massachusetts, so her Mom and Dad are forever disappointed that she turned out to be a Colts fan. She can be easily bribed with root beer, nachos, and garlic and/or parmesan french fries (especially of the Red Robin variety).

Loves: the Colts, American football, linguistics (seriously, don't get me started), the Transformers movies (1 > 2), baking, [European] history, movie trailers, the beach, rain, swimming (although I never go), photography.

Does not love: worms, bandwagon fans, gin, not having my feet covered when I'm sleeping, eating fish and other sea creatures, people who say they have OCD when they're really just anal retentive or perfectionists, faux-intellectuals.




About Claudius

Claudius Weenie is a smooth-haired Dachshund. He is allegedly a miniature Dachshund, but we think he is a "tweener" (in between miniature and standard). He was born in the summer of 2007 and we brought him home the day before Thanksgiving of the same year. He is simultaneously the world's best and worst dog. He is named after the Roman emperor Claudius.
